While we strive to provide high-quality guidance and support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to job placement, interviews, promotions, or business results. Success depends on many factors outside of our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results

5. Payment and Scheduling

  • All paid sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Payment is due prior to or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect already booked sessions.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and coaching services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been completed. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
